Privacy Policy.
The short version: the data you put into TruckCue stays yours. We never sell it, never share it with third parties for their own use, and never feed it into anyone else’s model. You can ask for a copy or ask for deletion any time and we will pull it together. The sections below walk through the details.

What we collect.
TruckCue collects the information you give us when you set up an account and use the product: the account details you provide during signup (such as your name and email), your truck profile (menu, pricing, minimums, service area, brand voice), the leads and inquiries that come into your queue, and the drafts the service writes for your review. We also log basic service metadata (such as request timestamps) so we can keep the product working for you.
How we use it.
We use the data you put in to operate and improve the service for you: generating drafts, organizing your leads and bookings, and remembering your truck profile so the writing stays consistent over time. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or product use. We do not use the content of your account to train anyone else’s model. Aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns may inform how the product evolves, but your individual content stays inside your account.
Your data rights.
You own the data you put into TruckCue. At any time, you can ask us for an export of your account — profile, leads, drafts, and bookings — in a format you can actually use, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Both requests go to truckcue@polsia.app, and we will action them promptly.
Retention and security.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the personal content from production storage within a reasonable window, and remaining backups age out on their normal rotation. We protect data in transit and at rest using standard industry controls, restrict access to a small set of people who need it to operate the service, and review that access regularly.
Children.
TruckCue is built for adult food-truck operators running a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted to a TruckCue account, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes and contact.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version appears at this URL and the effective date moves forward. Continued use of TruckCue after a change means you have read the new version. If you have any question about your data or this policy, write to us at truckcue@polsia.app.
TruckCue provides AI-assisted drafts and organizational tools. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sending it. TruckCue and Yochum Software do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, bookings, business results, or revenue that may result from the service.
