What does TruckCue cost?
It’s free while we’re in early access — and paid plans are coming once the product settles in. When tiers show up, you’ll see them on the pricing page before anything bills. No surprise fees, no per-event add-ons, no upgrade pressure mid-season. You pay for the plan you picked, and that’s the bill.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. The onboard questionnaire walks you through your menu, pricing, minimums, service area, and the brand voice you want TruckCue to use. Fill it in once and the system holds it in mind for every reply, quote, and follow-up from then on. You can come back later and adjust any of it.
Who owns the data I put into TruckCue?
You do. Your truck profile, your menu, your pricing, your leads, your drafts — all of it stays yours. We never sell it, never share it with third parties, and never use your customer list to train anyone else’s model. If you ever want a copy or want it deleted, write to us and we’ll pull it together.
Will the AI sound like a robot, or send the wrong thing?
TruckCue drafts — it never sends. Every reply, quote, and outreach message lands in your queue first, written with your real menu, pricing, and voice. You read it, you adjust anything that’s off, and you hit send yourself. Nothing leaves your account without you signing off on it.
What if I want to stop using TruckCue?
Cancel whenever you want, no questions asked. There’s no annual contract, no long-term lock-in, and no retention call to escape. When you leave, we hand back your data in a format you can actually use, and we delete what’s left of it from our side.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Click Manage or Cancel Subscription and enter the same email address you used at checkout. Stripe will send you a secure sign-in code. You can update your payment information or cancel your subscription there. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
